LODGING AROUND KENT

The two hotels that the organization of the conference has reserved blocks of rooms are Best Western
(which is supposed to be a very nice, clean, hotel which serves a full breakfast included with the room every morning), and the Microtel (which doesn't serve breakfast but seems to have the best room rate). The conference room rate for Best Western is $60/night, and for Microtel is $39.99/night. They are both located  either in, or next to Market square in Streetsboro, which is where PARTA  has a stop on their daily route. This should be fairly convenient, as  well as the convenience of stores in that plaza.
 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: To reserve hotel rooms at the IDA conference rate, please make your reservations through Misty Tackett. To do that, please download  the  FORM FOR ROOM RESERVATION AS PDF FILE   fill it up  and fax back to her, or even better, download the FORM FOR ROOM RESERVATION AS TXT FILE, fill it up and  e-mail it  back to Ms. Tackett at mtackett@math.kent.edu. Note that  Adobe Reader 6 does not allow you to save what you write on the pdf, but you can print the modified pdf file.

Reservations not made through Ms. Tackett will not be available at a reduced rate.  The deadline for room reservations is January 20th, 2004. If you will need special accommodations (handicap accessible), please contact Ms. Tackett as soon as possible. Thank You!
