RESERVING ICM TECHNOLOGY AND EQUIPMENT |
To reserve equipment for use:
1) To see if something is reserved for a specific
date, check the
reservation schedule. This only shows 'reserved' times...
some people sign equipment out spontaneously, so don't wait until the last
minute.
2) Then
send email to the ICM secretary at
icm@math.kent.edu and specify the following:
Equipment Needed:
Your Name:
Date:
Time: from___ to ___
Room:
3) Pickup equipment from room 236 at the requested time. SIGN OUT/IN equipment from the clipboard.
