YOUR Website |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| It's good to have your
own personal website! You can link your resume, your research
results, published articles, and even course homework on your
webpage. It's a good place to post notes, or notices for your class
there too. Most importantly, it gives people more information about
you, especially if you include important information such as your
office hours, tutoring hours, office extension, email, etc. This
makes it easier for your students to get in touch with you, as well
as advisors and potential job searches.
If you would like your personal site linked to your name here, then just let me know! If you do not have a website, and would like one, then here is where you can go to start: Help with Web Pages - How to start your web page on the math.kent.edu web server. This page is located on our system's own website. It has steps to lead you through whatever you need to do to get started. Sample Page - If you want to
make your own page and don't know where to start, look at this page
and then go to "View" and click on "Source". It
will bring up the html code that you need to make the same page.
There is also a more simple sample page on the systems website as well. |
