n     Conducted in home parties showcasing craft products created by Crayola geared towards children ages 3 to 103.

Office Systems Specialist/Graduate Secretary/Editor

n     Editing for ETNA online journal and copyright tracking.

n     Learned, and now mastering usage of Latex/Latex2e publishing software to create tests, articles, publications, and books. I now train others in using Latex to create assignment papers and editing existing papers and books.

n    Completed a 6 chapter book authored by University Professor Dr. Richard S. Varga., titled Gerschgorin and his circles, typed in Latex.

n     Learning figure editing programs which relate to mathematical graphs and figures. Two of the programs I am currently using are GIMP and Matlab.

n     Managing forms and contracts, which requires extensive knowledge of policies and procedures from the graduate manual. This also requires confidentiality and privacy.

n     Enhanced the design layout of the Undergraduate Brochure to ensure accuracy, as well as saving costs by being able to print the brochure from our own office printer instead of ordering them from the print shop.

n     Created a Graduate Program 3 fold brochure which could be distributed at the main office as a "Quick-glance" guide to the programs available to someone searching for a program beyond a Bachelor's.

n     Created a Mathematical Careers booklet to present the possibilities that Mathematics graduates have available to them today. This required using whatever means and resources available to print high quality graphics, in color, in a 2 sided booklet format, that was easy to print in our own office, as well as being attractive enough to hand out to potential students at workshops.

n     Working with web masters on the graduate portion of web pages to maintain accurate information for graduate students to utilize. I am currently working with a program designed by Kent State University to upload web pages to the main Departmental site, in order to improve the current website and enhance graduate information handling.

n     Maintaining ETNA webpage for publication of Electronic Journals. I am involved of the publication of Volumes 13 and on to the current site. This requires usage of Latex, Unix and Adobe Distiller to create readable versions of Mathematical articles for ICM.

n     Creating and maintaining portion of my own webpage to keep graduates in the department informed. This is also a central place for students to download their own forms and find links to information that they need.

n     Creating and maintaining graduate portion of Math Department website.

n     Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and databases to track numerous tasks, such as the ICM budget, graduate applications, admissions records, graduate program inquiries, graduate budgets, and graduation requirements.
