How to Apply:Deadline: March 1st, 2013 (we may start making offers earlier) Request one or two letters of recommendation from your mathematics instructor preferably in the most advanced mathematics courses you have taken. The recommendation letters can be submitted either by e-mail (reu [at] math.kent.edu) or regular mail (see the address to the left). Please e-mail a copy of your transcript (unofficial is fine) to reu [at] math.kent.edu with REU (your last name) in the subject line. Only PDF and MSWord attachments are allowed. The attachments should contain your last name in the file name. You can also mail your transcript (see the address to the left). Fill out the application form below. Write your statement in a text editor and then paste into the form (last question).The deadline is March 1st, 2013 but we may start making offers earlier. |
