    Choose Ohio First Scholarship Program

The Choose Ohio First (COF) scholarship program supports teachers working toward their MST degree. It covers tuition for close to two 3-credit classes per academic year. We expect that each teacher will be supported for four years, subject to continued availability of funds.

All of the classes in this program are offered in on-line format with face-to-face meetings for midterms and final exams.

We expect that teachers who participate in this program have an undergraduate degree in Mathematics or Integrated Mathematics. While most of the courses are targeted toward mathematics teachers, the courses in the program are graduate-level mathematics courses and they require mathematical maturity and a solid mathematical background. We expect that the applicants will have at least a 3.0 average in their undergraduate mathematics courses.
